Went here on a Friday evening around 630 to get myself and my daughters dinner. I love the Bonchon in K-Town so i expected similar service. Unfortunately, I arrived to find 1 person working the counter and 2 customers already waiting on line. The employee had her back turned and was looking at orders trying to organize and bag them. Every time we come here there's no one at the register to service us, so we've never actually had food from the location
We stopped at this Bon Chon location on 1st Avenue between 21/22 one day as we were going home from shopping in Chinatown. We ordered the mixed medium size chicken combo with coleslaw and split it. It included 6wings and 2 drumsticks. We selected the soy garlic flavor. It was really delicious. Nice and crunchy. My only complaint was that the side of coleslaw was tiny. It should be twice as big. All in all, it was delicious and well worth the money.
Food was not great, my order was too salty and the service was horrible. She had a horrible attitude, one of my friends asked her for the sauces they add, she gave her attitude and pointed to the menu without describing what they had. When we got our food since it was our first time ordering, we didn't know which one was for who, and when we asked her, respond by giving attitude and rolling her eyes, same when it was to make the payment, attitude and not caring about the service at all.
