DANNY was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The quality of the service/product was terrible — nothing like what was promised. On top of that, they showed no accountability when I brought up the issues, which made it even more frustrating. I left feeling like my time and money were completely wasted. I would never recommend this place to anyone
Absolutely terrible customer service. Danny at the front desk is completely unprofessional and argued with me over something as small as a ranch cup which I had already PAID for on DoorDash. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order, and instead of fixing their mistake, they tried to argue with me. Pathetic service and zero respect for customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs.
I order Bonchon at least 3 to 4 times a month so when a mistake was made today, (there’s no sauce on my soy garlic wings) I brought it to the attention of the location and I was told that that’s just how they make it now. That is absolutely not true, I literally had them a week ago and they were fully sauced. They also told me it’s because people have complained about it being too salty. Service is back to being horribly slow, taking an extra half hour above normal for a party of our size. We had to flag them down to pay. They're not understaffed. The staff is mostly idle and the staff members have time for chatting with each other. This would be good except that they simply do not care to break away from those chats to do their job, and the customer experience suffers.
