They didn’t make my order! And then they kept telling me another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later they finally said they haven’t even started. Then instead of canceling my order they marked it as complete so I couldn’t even get my refund! Then I had to spend another 15 minutes on the phone with Uber to get my money back. Terrible restaurant and terrible service! Why keep lying when you are behind. I could have found alternatives in the time and gotten my food that way. Read the other reviews. A little like a sport bar when I went during world cup season, which is interesting for a Korean fried chicken place.
Counter Two ladies work at the counter. Their speech is very rude, and they often delay orders. Their behavior is very rude.
Very disappointing experience. They wasted more than an hour of our time after taking my order. We waited expecting the order to be prepared, but after all that time they refunded my money and said they couldn’t fulfill it. If they were unable to make the order, they should have informed me right away instead of making me wait. This lack of communication and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
We ordered our food online and arrived 15 minutes later, only to be told it would take another 20 minutes. We came back after waiting a total of 35 minutes, and then they told us the food wasn’t available after all. We ended up canceling our order. It was a waste of time and I will not recommend this at all.
