Love their kfc! Bulgogi fries could use a bit more pazazz. Fries were fresh and crunchy but the display and overall flavor of it was a bit disappointing, nothing special. Flavors for wings are always great and delicious.

UPDATE: Bonchon reached out and apologized for the mixup, we went back for lunch and had a fantastic meal. I truly think they have the best chicken anywhere. My wife and I went here for lunch. They have a lunch menu with lunch deals on them, and there are many items to choose from. I ended up getting the boneless chicken strips and my wife ordered the chicken tacos. The food is fantastic. I found hair in my food and some chicken feathers also and so I called for a refund the following day. The worker who I spoke to was so rude and hostile for no reason, rather than apologizing and promising to give me (a paying customer) a better experience next time I was chastised for not calling "earlier" to report the situation because they close at 10pm.
