I ordered a 12 piece of chicken for my family, but unfortunately it was all burnt. I threw it away and got other food. This was very disappointing.

Bonchon Chicken was a great experience overall. The restaurant was very clean and well kept, which made the dining atmosphere comfortable. Hey - I didn’t know I was expected to expo my own food. I ordered BiBimBap with a fried egg…. Then granted I had left I let them know hey my order was wrong. Was told nope it was made right…. SERIOUSLY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BONCHON!
