They seem to use a different recipe. Wings weren't crispy, they were salty, and the sauce was overpowering. The wings were also different sizes. It seems like headquarters needs some attention. If you're going to eat at Bonchon, go to a different location.
Was so looking forward to having BonChon again after not having good food at the sterling VA restaurant. It’s been a while. We had the chicken strips which were dry. Also had chicken Katsu which was really dry. I think it was overcooked. Very disappointing. Will try once more hoping this was just a bad day.
Can't eat regular fried chicken anymore! Bonchon is the go to for your korean fried chicken needs. This place is an absolute treat! Don't even think about it. Just order the soy garlic fried chicken and french fries.
