Chicken katsu is really bad. Eating cardboard. Rice was dry and under cooked. For $20, this is a scam.
My boyfriend and I ordered chicken katsu and bibimbap with shrimp shumai. The food was terrible - bland, bitter, and clearly low quality. The shrimp shumai was falling apart and looked like frozen dumplings that had been microwaved. After waiting over 30 minutes (while others who ordered after us got served first), our food arrived cold and unappetizing. Hands down the best fried chicken in the area !!! Located inside the mall with a nice vibe.
Served dried chicken thats looks like been sitting out and then refried. Fried chicken jerky.
The place looked pretty good but the staff were not very organized. It was not rush hour when I was there between lunch and dinner and not that many people were in line and I still waited almost 40 minutes for my food. Got chicken sandwich and Korean donuts. Just average. Slightly below KFC and not on par with Chick Fil A. Would not recommend.
