Great food. Fast service
I had Bonchon Chicken before and it was great , but unfortunately last week when my kids and I went there it was terrible . The chicken was extremely dry and chewy and the Katsu was soggy breading and tough chicken.
For reference I used to go to BonChon in Newark and Mountain View all the time, and the dining experience had tons of banchan besides pickled radish/coleslaw. It used to be a great dining experience with real plates, bowls, and utensils. I was super excited there was a location in Oregon, but the Happy Valley location was super disappointing.
