Ordered Tteok-bokki Online, received the sauce with carrots and onions no rice noodles. The whole dish is about the rice noodles extremely upset considering I paid 20 dollars for it.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at Bonchon. I called at 8:35 PM to place a takeout order. Their listed closing time is 9:00 PM, but I was told I couldn’t place an order because the kitchen was already “closed” and backed up. I even said I was fine waiting the 30 minutes they mentioned, but I was still turned away. It doesn’t make sense to advertise being open until 9 if customers can’t actually place orders well before that time. Always late
Food is always delicious but twice now we've found our takeout order was missing a lot of food. Mistakes happen but there must be something wrong with the system if it's so easy for them to mess up delivery of the order. Missing 5 huge drumsticks and 10 wings is a lot of food.
I ordered take out, there was a lot other orders waiting but luckily mine was ready. When I went to eat it everything was still hot and crunchy. Workers were nice and fast too. I had Korean fried chicken elsewhere yesterday and was so disappointed so drove to bonchon today to make up for my craving! Best Korean fried chicken spot in my opinion
