Ordered 20 piece boneless, but was disappointed. They were the size and shape of small donut holes, oddly uniformly spherical. Not only was the form unexpected, but the texture of the "chicken" was very spongy and airy, making us suspect it is reconstituted chicken rather than actual meat pieces. We hadn't gotten BonChon chicken in a long while. It seems that it keeps changing. We recall getting wings, boneless wings and strips in the past that were better. I don't think we will return.
Absolutely incredible crunchy chicken, and the bulgogi fries were amazing. The Korean street corn with cheese was also very good, and the potstickers were fried well and didn't taste frozen. They probably were, but they were still delicious. The coleslaw however was so bad I couldn't believe it. How can someplace with signature dishes turn out something so bland? Still pretty good, and I'll be back to try the Korean tacos.

Average food and average price
We just wrapped up eating over 100 bucks of sushi in the same plaza as Bonchon. The sushi did not do it! We walked over to Bonchon and placed a small order ‐ OMG - Amaze! I'm from Cali and know whats up with Ktown. This is Ktown wings on taste buds steroids. I will be back tomorrow for the wings and beer. Micdrop, out.
