Usually I do delivery or take out but decided to order by going inside today. The cashiers Jordan and Julian (sorry, not sure of correct spelling) were so kind to me. They complimented my tattoos and Jordan was so attentive to my order. When I asked for the receipt for my scrapbook, they made me feel so happy. We even had a cool conversation about our scrapbooking hobby. Julian even offered a sticker. They looked so cool and had even cooler vibes. Thank you both so much for making my day
My idea of tasty Korean comfort food:) The Bulgogi Tteokbokki is my go to dish from this spot! The rice cakes are chewy and mochilious, with the perfect amount of stretchy cheese, and tender bulgogi. I also enjoyed the Bulgogi Udon Stirfry. I had a couple audibly crunchy bites of their regular MoPo Corndog, the cheese stretches for miles, but I couldn’t finish because it was a bit greasy. The food is understandably a bit heavy, so I prefer ordering from this spot on a chilly day that requires a yummy pick me up.
We are old customer of this place when we use to live in Teaneck area, their menu options expanded tremendously it used to be a simple Korean fried chicken and we love it, but now it's so much options and the quality of their chicken went off even their French fries, the chicken wings is not as crispy anymore and their fries is saggy and lacking of spices and what happen to the special mayo that comes with it? Would not come again. I usually love Korean soy garlic fried chicken, but this was not very tasty. The chicken came out hot and fresh, but it was dry and not super crispy. The fries tasted unsalted. Overall, it was unsatisfying.
