I can’t say much about the food, I attempted to enter the building at 6:30 and all the doors were locked, we tried three different doors as employees watched us go to each one but never acknowledged us. Pretty crappy customer service. Would not recommend
I really enjoy Bonchon’s and I was excited when I found out they were coming to Texas. Its only five minutes away from my house. The issue is that it’s not consistent when you order. One day, the soy garlic chicken strips are crispy and completely coated and the next time it’s absolutely disgusting. Which is sad because consistency is key. Chicken definitely was not as crispy as it normally is I don't believe they double fried it and it wasn't super hot like it was fresh. We live down the street and have eaten here plenty of times disappointed in this experience
I came in today for the lunch special. Quite a large meal for lunch. I ordered the jap chae as well. Everything was flavorful and delicious. I enjoy the large drumsticks over the wings.
Their spice level is tear jerking. Overall, food is great and food quality is amazing.
