food was good. service was awkward. did not recieve several items i ordered. had random fradulent activity go down on my card this morning... they refunded my transaction and then charged me $5 more. (two days after eating there) no contact info on the website. no one answers the phone. not impressed.
Wow. Their boneless chickens are joke. I paid $20 for “chicken nuggets”. To be honest, I prefer $2 McDonald’s over this. I truly disappointed about this.
I was super excited to come to the First Hill location. I ordered soy garlic wings with Cole slaw. I got the soy garlic mix of wings and drums with cole slaw instead. The chicken was cooked really well. The inside was still nice and juicy. Had I never been to a Bonchon, I would have scored this location score higher. Unfortunately, having been to Bonchon in NYC (the 38th st location, the one in K-town on 5th Ave, and the one in the Financial District on John Street before they closed it down), I can say this place ranks numb... read more
