Chicken sandwich was not crispy at all, fries were also not crispy also chicken sandwich was very dry not enough sauce very disappointed
Ordered online, arrived to not only my order not ready by the expected time, but not even started. No other customers or orders were there, so it’s not like they were busy. Workers were shouting to each other and goofing off in back. Upon receiving the food, it was quite literally inedible. Pretty much agree with most that the chicken is dry as heck. Sauce is decent. The wanna be frat bro working the register needs to be taught something about customer service. Napkins were thin cocktail napkins which is a horrible idea for a place with wings on their menu. Thin disposable utensils that is a horrible combination for tough chicken. No music so the ambience is weird. The bathrooms had no soap. I could go on but I’ll stop.
Fries were hard as a rock and chicken was over fried and couldn’t even be chewed. Told the person at the front about it and they seemed to not know what to even do. No refund or replacement was offered. Never come here!!!
I Ordered a 20 pc boneless got 14 beware as this location has gone downhill quickly... paid for 20 got 14 and wasn't crispy
