Foods really good, I loved the chiken katsu, it was really crowded but it could be because it was late and closer to the weekend. It did take some time to get the food but they were also just busy. 10/10 food.
ADDED AN AUTOMATIC GRATUITY FOR A PARTY OF 2, read your receipts!! Food was okay, but they added an included gratuity of $10 to our bill of $61. Me and my friend was planning on splitting the bill 50/50 and tipping $10 each (which would have been 30% from each of our checks). I’m not sure if it’s because we were of a younger age and they didn’t think we would not tip, but should not have been stereotyping either way! West Hartford location could never!!
Amazing food! A wide variety of food, from fried chicken to ramen. Great for takeout or sit down. Service is good and they isn't usually a wait. Some parking available as well. I love the bulgolgi! Would reccomend if you are in the area.
Great experience exceptional staff and great food me and my family loved it will be coming back.
