We visited Bonchon in Fairfax, VA and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food came out quickly, was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. Oscar P. provided exceptional customer service. He greeted us, seated us, took our order, waited on our table and while we waited, I noticed he was constantly working—sweeping the floors, cleaning tables, cleaning the bar and helping customers at the front counter. This was my second time visiting the restaurant, as I really enjoy Korean food. As an international student, I didn’t have access to Korean cuisine back in my home country. Horrible service! The waiter Angel had a disgusting attitude when asked if I could order drums only regarding the wings I was ordering. As a paying customer I should be allowed to ask if my food can be modified prior to me purchasing. I did inform him that I had ordered from this location two other times and requested all drums and was told it wasn’t an issue.
