I ordered 20 chicken strips from Bonchon in Derby Park and they give me wings instead. When I drove back to fix the mistake, the young woman at the front was extremely rude. She smiled and asked me sarcastically, ‘Are you happy?’ while I was trying to explain the issue. No apology, no concern for my time or the 16- miles round trip I had to make. Terrible customer service — I won’t be return
