What did you guys do to the bibimbap? Scrambled eggs and sautéed onions?? I’m going to have to look somewhere else, I’ve gotten it from here since Bonchon opened but it’s changed so many times now it’s not remotely appetizing.
I used to travel all the way to Arlington to get Bonchon's. This location is 15 minutes from the house and I absolutely love the place.
I’m fairly tough in my judgement sometimes so I lean towards a 4 star rating but I could not find anything in particular the demerit this place on. The food was really good (Not necessarily exceptional, which is about what I expect from a chain). The waiter was attentive and the food was out in a reasonable and it was hot. My wife really enjoyed our time hear and would love to go back.
This bonchon does not follow corporate standard. If I go to burger king, I will get a whopper, that's the same at each burger king. This bonchon cooks whatever they want to cook and not follow headquarters
