Waited over 20min watching them leave half of my order on the counter for 15min then get told just waiting on one more thing so i told them refund my money cause I'm not eating cold food, incompetent management avoid at all costs!
Order 10 wings got 9. When I called back , lady said I counted wrong. The location had a leak and floor was flooded. Counter person was yelling at everyone. Very disappointed.
This place will either get new owners, or close down in the next few months. Horribly slow service, soda machine never works, the staff don’t clean the tables/floors/bathrooms, and the food is simply not good. The quality of the food roughly 1/5th of going to Bonchon in the city.
ordered once, the taste was kinda disappointing...
I like their Korean Fried Chicken. I had BonChon in other stores as well. For this store, the food quality is inconsistent as their fried chicken could be undercooked at times. I love their French Fries but as indicated before, it's inconsistent. I assume they don't change their frying oil often enough which cause their chickens to be undercooked and their fries dark and not as crunchy. If they could improve the food quality consistency and a little shorter wait time, I would rate this place a 4 stars.
