Food is always good. They are fast to get the orders out and the staff is friendly

Best Koren fried chicken I have had the pleasure to eat. We had the Seoul sampler and it gives you a good intro into the menu. It's a hole in the wall, but clean and the staff was friendly. We will be back to explore more of the menu.
As other reviews mentioned the service here is terrible and the food can be good or can be really bad. You take the chance. We love BonChon wings, we used to drive 1 hour to eat at the BonChon in San Leandro so when this store opened in our town we were really happy. At the beginning they had a lot of operations issues, the order took forever but I understand and I gave them some time.
