I've given this restaurant many chances, but unfortunately I can finally conclude it has issues. I've gotten takeout from here 8-10 times over the past year. The food is good quality and tasty (though some portion sizes are too small). The workers are nice. The food takes 30-45 minutes at best to be ready, which doesn't bother me too much. Very disappointed. Have ordered from the Bonchon franchise in multiple states and never had chicken like this. This is not the specialty double fried crispy chicken.
