The chicken katsu tastes bitter and is very hard to chew on, feels like it had been fried over and over again many times. The wings weren’t even fully cooked as you can see blood inside in the pic. Not to mention that they got our order wrong by giving us 4 wings and 3 drumsticks instead of 3 wings and 4 drumsticks. If you think the mistake was because of all wirk done in a rush, you are wrong. I had Bonchon earlier today and the food was amazing. The service was great. I had a young man named Justin help , he make some great recommendations and his Customer Sevice made me wanna return for sure.!!!
I recently ordered 20 pieces of wings, requesting that half be served without sauce and the other half with Soy Garlic Sauce. Unfortunately, the server failed to confirm my request, and I ended up with all the wings having no sauce. The chicken took a long time to come out, and when it did, it was tasteless. The overall experience felt like I was begging them to serve me. The service was poor, with no smiles or welcomes. And to top it off, their payment system asked for a tip.
