Bonchon Annandale is a wonderful Korean fried chicken and Korean fusion restaurant. The server went above and beyond with their service. They were super friendly and checked on us multiple times. The food was 5/5 delicious, the chicken was hot and super crispy and perfect the 불고기 fries in presentation. Definitely going to come again.
I spend around $70 a week ordering from this location. The past 2 times I’ve done pick-up the people working the counter were extremely rude. Today I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats. There were 2 Hispanic ladies sitting at the front desk when I entered the building. Before leaving I noticed there was only one sauce with the potstickers. Very expensive for the quality of the product, I do not recommend it.
The crunchy and crispy fried chicken wasn't crunchy or crispy. Service was good, restaurant was clean, but won't be trying the food again.
