I ordered delivery from this location and ordered the bibimbap. I was eating when I noticed a roach in the food. It’s pretty disgusting and I don’t know how a roach got into their side dishes or rice. Either way, that is disgusting and should be shut down immediately.
The spicy wings are some of my favorite wings to order on a regular basis. They’re different from most other fried chicken spots — extremely crispy with a bold spicy flavor that really stands out. The food can sometimes take a little while to come out, especially when they’re busy, but the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I’m really glad we have a local Bonchon here in Alexandria.
Over all grate experience customer service was amazing and place was well cleaned and kept Roberto was a grate help
