I was excited for the chicken because of an order I had before, but instead was met with the most underwhelming, dry, bland, soggy and disappointing chicken I could’ve thought to get. For 30$ I definitely expected much and I mean MUCH better. The box it came in wasn’t even the regular white bonchon box that they give it in. It straight looks like a take out box that someone took the chicken home in, forgot it and brought it back to give. I get take out from this Bonchon location often. They are fast and efficient and the servers are always nice. I feel like the recipe has changed a bit over the years but it still hits the spot!
Manager names (Roberto) very rude very unpleasant experience. I ordered chicken katsu as I’ve done before at another location. Asked for extra katsu sauce manager rudely stated no. When offered to pay they stated no, when asked what if I dine in can I be provided extra sauce they stated no. Manager was very rude, I’ve been able to get sauce previously for some odd reason here they value the sauce over consumer needs. Complete waste of time and money I’d recommend trying a different bonchon as management is very unpleasant

Good food and good service. Did not take long and everything tasted fresh.
