The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The positives are the restaurant is clean and looks nice, but thats about it. The service is Unattentive, I had to ask for everything, the order, the drinks, the silverware, the napkins, the bill, literally everything, it mind as well been self service. However, they were nice people, but they just don't actually wait on you. Bonchon should switch their service model and just make it counter service, which probably would be much better. Visted here during the weekdays couple times usually during evening time weird establishment asian restaurant with barely any asian workers . Looks like they hired people from the homeless shelter . Customer service was weird like they havent left their house and had socialized in real life before . Food was good tho.
Love this food and place. Been here 3 times! Have to try the other dishes but the house fried rice is to die for and the chicken is amazing!
