John called me to tell me I am getting double charged for my order. They processed the charge and I would be refunded in 1-3 business days. I asked John if I can talk to the owner and he told me NO and that it’s confidential. I asked if I got two charges on my card then who can refund me and he told me I have to talk to the bank. That the charges on the website and “refund” the money back and double charges in the store has been how they been doing business for a long time. He had no empathy for me and my money. the cheese balls we ordered came with no cheese inside. my girlfriend politely told our waiter about it and he said it's supposed to be like that. apparently the cream filled cheese balls aren't supposed to have filling which is really funny to me. he didn't offer an apology either which is all we wanted. we sat back down for a few minutes and eventually he came back to our table and offered to remove it from our bill, again with no apology. we tried to not be rude about it because it wasn't a huge deal but the experience ju... read more
