I really hope the owner reads this. This is not just a matter of taste. You should not be running a business with inventory managed this way. The boneless chicken must have been from such old stock that, even after frying, the meat was as hard as a rock and impossible to chew. It was obvious that the chicken had been fried more than once, and even after being re-fried, the sauce wasn’t properly coated.
