Love the food but they keep missing orders. They missed side orders on pickup as well as delivery
Please update your time system, owner. This restaurant accepts online orders to be picked up at 9:30PM. I ordered at 9:23PM but the order need to be picked up before 9:30PM. I gave a rating of three stars because the young lady provided good customer service. She was polite and friendly while explaining what happened. I arrived at 10 PM, and the store was already closed, with the lights off. She kindly gave me a refund receipt, but I was still charged a 99-cent convenience fee. This location looks like they’re going out of business. It’s also graded B. The rice looked a little yellow and the coleslaw was dry. But we came here for chicken. It was good and crunchy like any other locations we’ve eaten. Overall a 4.
They have a $1 wings deal ( dine in only) on mon and tues so we went n got us 15 soy garlic wings. It was delicious and crunchy as always ( been to many franchise of this brand) but $6 for the little fries in the photo feels a bit pricy. Inside was very quiet no music at all.
