I really hope the owner reads this. This is not just a matter of taste. You should not be running a business with inventory managed this way. The boneless chicken must have been from such old stock that, even after frying, the meat was as hard as a rock and impossible to chew. It was obvious that the chicken had been fried more than once, and even after being re-fried, the sauce wasn’t properly coated. I love the Korean tacos and the chicken wings was soo delicious
According to google, bonchon means "my hometown". What it should mean, however, is "Best. Korean.Fried.Chichen.Ever." I have had my share of korean fried chicken, and although my experience is not extensive, I have not eaten anything like this before. I ordered the lunch special - 4 wings + 2 drumsticks and asked for the spicy sauce flavor. And, I have to tell you, it was finger-licking delicious.
