After visiting and researching a number of stores we purchased our hot tub in October from Bonavista Leisurescapes. From our first visit to the store we were impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable customer service. The communication with Jennifer and her staff has been excellent from the process of ordering the tub, to delivery, set up and orientation of using the tub and how to maintain the water. Wirecutter recommends that you buy a hot tub from a local full service company. They are right. The service at BonaVista is superb. Jennifer set us up with a hot tub and made amazing recommendations for a landscaper, electrician and crane operator. It was seamless. Our hot tub is the best.
