When we walked in the door, we knew we were going to buy our Hot Tub from Rob and Jen. Compared to the other places, we didn't feel pressured, and they helped us buy the right model for us. They also helped with the installation, and the post-purchase service has been excellent.
Jennifer was great. Hydro pool hot tub is fantastic. Delivery was easy and efficient. Very responsive to any questions we had as we were first time hot tub owners!
We love Bona Vista! We just purchased our second hot tub from them and couldn't be happier. Our space is unique and only allowed for a specific install to make the hot tub work with our dimensions. Both Jennifer and Rob were excellent when it came to making our dream a reality. The also fitted a custom cover lift for us to make everything work.
