Wirecutter recommends that you buy a hot tub from a local full service company. They are right. The service at BonaVista is superb. Jennifer set us up with a hot tub and made amazing recommendations for a landscaper, electrician and crane operator. It was seamless. Our hot tub is the best.

I recently bought a hot tub from BonaVista LeisureScapes and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Jenn was outstanding throughout. She helped me sort out the right contractor to prepare the site and arrange the electrical work, and she even found a crane company that could handle the delivery. I live in Little Italy in downtown Toronto, where access is tight and there’s no path to the backyard, so the only option was to lift the tub over the house. We'd like to thank Jennifer and BonaVista for a wonderful installation and support experience with our new Hydropool hot tub. On delivery day, Jennifer helped navigate a couple scheduling challenges to ensure our hot tub was delivered on time.
