I recently bought a Hydropool hot tub and would like to thank Jennifer and her team for their professionalism and product knowledge and support.
After visiting and researching a number of stores we purchased our hot tub in October from Bonavista Leisurescapes. From our first visit to the store we were impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Wirecutter recommends that you buy a hot tub from a local full service company. They are right. The service at BonaVista is superb. Jennifer set us up with a hot tub and made amazing recommendations for a landscaper, electrician and crane operator. It was seamless. Our hot tub is the best.
I recently bought a hot tub from BonaVista LeisureScapes and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Jenn was outstanding throughout. She helped me sort out the right contractor to prepare the site and arrange the electrical work, and she even found a crane company that could handle the delivery.
