We purchased a swim spa in the fall and it has been a great decision. Rob was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from helping us choose the right swim spa, coordinating delivery, and being very patient as he showed how to use and maintain the swim spa. He was even quick to respond for follow-up questions. We've continued to use it multiple times a week throughout the winter which has proven to be great bonding time with our children!
Rob was amazing. Very knowledgeable about hot tubs. Once delivered he came to our house and spent half an hour walking us through how to use the tub as well as how to maintain it. Great customer service!
I had an amazing experience with BonaVista LeisureScapes from the moment I first visited their showroom. The team was incredibly helpful in guiding me to select the perfect model for my needs. Rob, in particular, was exceptionally patient with all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure my delivery was completed before the holidays. I also really appreciated the home visit and thorough walkthrough of the maintenance process. Highly recommend!
I had issues with our hot tub water for some time and they have always patiently tested the water and recommended the chemicals and filters we needed to get it right. Very helpful, and always a pleasant experience!
Kind and responsible customer service is important to me and I’m willing to pay a few dollars more for a product if it means I will get a trustworthy and dedicated employee/ company . We met Jen at bonavista pools In October. Our landscaper , cactus landscaping ( also recommend them ) suggested Jen and her local company and the communication with her was great from day one.
