I ordered $60 worth of flowers including delivery, as a birthday surprise for a friend. When I called to check on the delivery status , I was told they had contacted the recipient directly and she chose to pick them up instead. Rather than refunding the delivery fee, they said they would add extra flowers to the arrangement instead. The next day, my friend sent me a photo of what she received. We bought some flowers for our mother last week and the ordering and delivery was seamless. However upon visiting my mom a couple of days later my jaw dropped at how tiny the bouquet was and the quality wasnt great for the 120 dollars we spent. It was really, very disappointing . Would not use Bonavista flowers again.
