Excellent shop. Not only did Andy do an amazing job on the tux, but the sale associate, Jason, was incredibly nice and knowledgeable.
Been going to this place for over 13 years and Andy had a full blown meltdown after a mistake he made and blamed me for. After agreeing to a late return verbally, he accused me of returning my tuxedo late because he wrote down a wrong date, knowing I was on vacation. I was never late in returning any item for Bonaventure once in 13 years. HANDS DOWN!! BEST TUXEDO RENTAL EVER!!!! 8 groomsmen, the groom and father walked out of disorganized Men's Warehouse after an hour of waiting with an appointment because of the worst experience ever.
