Extremely professional, completely knowledgeable staff. They have very tasteful tuxedos available suitable for an elevated event, like a ball. They can provide everything you need, clean, crisp and ready to make you look your best. I very much enjoyed my experience. I couldn't believe that they were able to put it together the same day for me, but I did make an appointment the day before, so they were ready. I have been working with Andy since my wedding almost 18 years ago, anytime I have needed a tux. He is the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever worked with when getting a tuxedo. Every time I have gone in, he asks me every possible question to ensure I get the perfect leek for the event. Definitely go to Bonaventure if you need to be treated right.
Excellent shop. Not only did Andy do an amazing job on the tux, but the sale associate, Jason, was incredibly nice and knowledgeable.
Been going to this place for over 13 years and Andy had a full blown meltdown after a mistake he made and blamed me for. After agreeing to a late return verbally, he accused me of returning my tuxedo late because he wrote down a wrong date, knowing I was on vacation. I was never late in returning any item for Bonaventure once in 13 years.
