Great changes at the center, modern, growing with its customer's base. So glad to see it. Very happy with the staff. The parties, the gym etc. After being a not to happy member for 3 years I welcome the changes. Congratulations
Disappointing experience as a community member and homeowner. The customer service from certain facility staff has been repeatedly hostile, rude, and disrespectful toward me and my family. A family-oriented club should foster a welcoming environment, not confrontation. Management needs to step in and set proper professional standards.
