Can’t believe how inconvenient this place is. It took 1 whole week for them to give my kids their cards. I think they should work on that a lot. My kids were very excited but instead of a quick wait, it multiplied by 7😕😮💨
I'm giving this place a one star because I can't give zero. I've been a member as a renter and a homeowner and although the amenities are amazing, the front desk staff is consistently rude, cold, uninformed about processes and create hurdles for us to use the amenities in an easy way.
I went there for a zumba class. Plenty of parking. The place looks old but is well maintained. I noticed a hair salon there and activities for everyone including families.
