The first time I toured this place was over a year ago. It was like crickets walking through the front doors. I decided to go back and take another look last fall. I was at least greeted and given a tour of the facility. I felt very uneasy due to the poor reviews. This is a very important decision for your loved ones. We moved our elderly father and his wife to Castle Rock from Texas recently. My sister and I researched multiple facilities in the south Denver metro area. We moved my wife to Bonaventure of Castle Rock in June 2024. Although her stay was brief, she was well cared for by both the facility staff and daily hospice care from Bloom Hospice. I would visit her every day and we were blessed to became part of the Bonaventure family. Starting with management, on down to the caregivers who would look after her every need, to the activities coordinator who would sit and read or sing to her. I live in South Carolina and was on the phone with my Mom. She mentioned that she was having a hard time swallowing and had no water. Not choking, but definitely struggling to swallow. I immediately texted Heather Brown and her staff. They were there in less than two minutes!!! So a big shout out to Heather Brown, (not pictured), Ines, Laura, Doris, and Apple!! Y’all were on it to take care of my mom!! God bless you and your dedication!!!
