This place is a complete disgrace to senior care. Bonaventure has no dedicated RN on staff—and hasn't for nearly a year (or longer!). The care team is untrained, overworked, and clearly thrown into the fire without proper preparation. This isn't just a one-off situation either—it’s a pattern. Memory care was a nightmare. Shortage of staff, very high turnover, untrained staff, management over promises and most often doesn't deliver what was promised. Laundry service horrible, food sub par, building maintenance horrible, filthy rooms, false documentations by staff, they DO NOT FOLLOW CARE PLANS. Please check with State records before CONSIDERING this facility.

I could not speak more highly of Mandy. My bonus mom was laying in a bed in the Kaiser ER hallway and needed placement ASAP. She was a the hospital with 45 minutes assessing her. She spend 2 hours working with her and even left a blanket to keep her warm. By 6:30 that night, she had been assessed, transported and moved into the facility. Her compassion, empathy and support were exactly what we needed.

Beautiful facility that is well kept. The kitchen staff and housekeeping staff are so dedicated to their jobs and do such a great job. The caregivers see the residents as their family and give them the physical, social and emotional support they need. Coralyn, Mac, Kammi and Rosa want the best for everyone staff and residents alike and have been firsthand witness to that. Thank you to everyone who shows up and gives the residents the care and attention they so so so deserve. We 💖 Bonaventure!!!
