Way to step up, Bonaventure Tigard. I’ve seen improvements recently from staff, facility updates, activities and general welcoming. My mom is active in the community. She is happy and feels safe!
My mom loves this place. There's lots to do. She's made a lot of new friends, and the staff are very helpful and kind to her about anything. Such a a relief for the whole family that she's well taken care of and is not worrying about home maintenance and weed pulling anymore She's close by to the grandkids and great grandkids who also visit her often and are welcome to eat in the dining room with her. We used the free huge hospitality room for her hundredth birthday party.
The old lady up in the front desk is terrible with customer service and alawys have an attitude
Update: they delete reviews on yelp as I have seen a couple disappear over the last week. I went to comment on one and the review was gone. When I liked it, they stated the company has been deleting reviews. Make it well known that they do not want to know how awful this place is. It’s a real shame that they’re not willing to change.
