Update: they delete reviews on yelp as I have seen a couple disappear over the last week. I went to comment on one and the review was gone. When I liked it, they stated the company has been deleting reviews. Make it well known that they do not want to know how awful this place is. It’s a real shame that they’re not willing to change. I am a pianist and sometimes perform there. (I don’t live there.). Facility seems to be well run and all kinds of entertainment is scheduled. Residents seem to enjoy life there.
My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and are very pleased with the service and care we are receiving.
A little over a year ago, I toured this facility while beginning the difficult journey of finding memory care for my family member. During that visit, I sat down with the young lady who was running the memory care unit. She was incredibly warm, deeply knowledgeable, and exceptionally compassionate. I wish I could give them less than a one star. Bonaventure review I would urge you to look elsewhere when looking for placement. This place has management that does not care. They care about profits over people, you are just a walking dollar sign to them. Anyway they can gauge you and move the price up they will. Not only do they not care about your family member, they allow employees to drink on the job, smoke marijuana, and who knows what else.
