Beautiful place
I have to say that this is probably one of the worst facilities I’ve ever been to in my life. They make it look real pretty as far as lipstick wise as far as the grounds and all that stuff look and it’s a beautiful facility don’t get me wrong, but the staff is not good. The only thing they care about is money I have seen them do things that would blow peoples minds if anybody’s thinking about having any of their family members or friends come stay here don’t in the end you will regret it. Grason is the best housekeeper ever!! I had the pleasure of meeting him today while visiting my grandma. He went above and beyond to make conversation and make sure the whole place was clean! I will forever be thankful for my choice to bring my grandma to Bonaventure when there are people like Grason working there!
I have to say this place is amazing! I feel like everything was provided to my father on a silver platter. From the moment we walked in the door on our first visit and all the calls/visits and questions after we were treated with such kindness. Brennan and Sky were absolutely amazing and spoke directly to my dad with respect. Definitely check this place out for your family member!
Have enjoyed my experience with this facility and the team that works there.
