I have lived in independent living for 10 years and enjoy it very much. My apartment is small but just the right size for me. I have made lots of friends, including both new and former staff. I like that I do not have a home to worry about or have my children watch over it when I travel. I enjoy the activities and the crafts. I do not have to do dishes or cook my own meals. Our mother has spent the last year at Bonaventure of Albany Senior Living Facility. We recently moved her out to be closer’s to family, friends, doctors, etc. It was a very difficult decision to leave Bonaventure as Mom had grown to love the staff and her new friends. We can’t say enough about how pleased the entire family has been with the Bonaventure experience. A wonderful place for your loved one. Personable staff, unmatched amenities and great care. I don't think there is a memory care in the Albany/Corvallis area that beats what Bonaventure of Albany has.
