This was my first visit to the clinic, and I’ll definitely return in the future. The waiting area was clean, and the staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Cunningham was excellent—he took a thorough history, asked thoughtful questions to understand my concerns, and provided a clear treatment plan. While wait times can always vary at walk-in clinics, I was seen and treated within the hour, which was appreciated.
The reception staff were really friendly and Dr.Jedidiah took the time to listen to all my concerns and address them with a short and long term plan. I had such a good experience I called the next day to start the process of having them as my family clinic and doctor.
In and out, despite a busy waiting room, professional and polite front staff, correct diagnosis and cure.
My family doctor use to work out of this clinic but moved across town. I had a simple issue and went to the walk in clinic. Two hour wait. Strange bedside manner and approach by the doctor. Very odd. Unpleasant receptionist. Never again.
