Just a belly-button piercing I don't have a tattoo, but I did go there to get my belly button pierced. They were nice and totally professional and they gave me good care instructions. It didn't hurt and they were nice to me even though I was scared.

tattoo artists that dont want to tattoo I will never go back, their artists are a joke and never want to tattoo without a side comment about how they are all stupid and a waste of time. What a joke.

wouldnt go back I went the to parker location and they were really rude, when I called I felt like I was bothering them and then when I went in nobody asked me if I needed help for 10 min and 2 people weren't doing anything so I left and I wouldn't go back there. Getting a tat is a big deal and it's for life, I know there not getting the tat but thought they would think that the person getting one might be nervous and not want to be treated like they don't care.

After a bad first experience i will have to admit Bonaroo has a great owner that stands behind his work. We had an issue with a tatoo that was done but the owner contacted us and took time out of his lunch to correct the tatoo and make us satisfied customer.

This company employs the scum on my shoes in JAY he does horrible work and does not stand behind his work in anyway shape or form.. He belittles women when they are unhappy with his work and sends them out in tears.. Do yourself a favor and stay away and especially stay away from JAY!!!!

The staff at Bonaroo were amazing - knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel very welcome. The shop is impeccably clean and the waiting area was very comfortable. I have many tattoos from many different artists, but I think I have found "my artist" - Melon. He worked fast, clean, and had a very light touch. He tattooed my forearm in a 1/3 of the time it would have taken other artists and the work is flawless. I have had my last two tattoos done here and have had no problems with them they were very friendly. I am going back to get more tattoos. I have told my friends to go there and I will continue to tell people to go here.

I can't believe you guys are even in business. I can't believe the tattoo I got. I lost most of the color I had, and it was so bad I didn't want to even bother coming back to you for a touch up...I went elsewhere. I would NEVER recommmend you to ANYONE...I went to a place that recommended that I have it removed because a cover-up would make it look worse. Thanks Bonaroo...I got $150 tattoo, and it will cost 5x that much to get the crap off my body. How do you sleep at night knowing you do this to people?
