Bonanza MHP is a disaster with senior abuse from management and is full of drug activities that management AND owner cares nothing about! If your interested in knowing the truths about this parks current reputation don't trust the newest, less than one year buyers responce. Olivia and Kevin, druggies with Mikey the permanent homeless meth head allowed to squat amongst seniors while supplying drugs, will twist they're lies to get you in, don't fall for it, first talk to long standing residents who have lived in Bonanza for ye... read more
I would like to address the manor in which some residents file complaints. You do realize that by bashing the park on line, you only manage to lower our property values, and make it more difficult for residents to sell their homes. As I am aware of several residents filing some of these complaints, I would like to address your behavior in particular. You are always happy to complain, and confront but when it comes to doing something to help the residents, or make this community better, you are nowhere to be found. You have c... read more
The worst mobile home park in Pollock Pines CA. If the managers are breathing they're lying! The on site employees Kevin and Olivia are lazy lying individuals who get a rush in threatening tenants. Law authority is a constant presense now for over a year. Kevin and Olivia accommodate the homeless drug dealer and protect him with excuses while retaliating against long standing paying tenants who report seeing capturing his drug deals in front of they're homes and one has to ask, why is that? Btwn, the last managers who did sa... read more
Ever since Ralph left this place has gone down the toilet.. It's a mess.. People are incompetent that run and own it. Maintenance guy is a drug dealer who lives and uses different people in the park. Takes advantage if seniors. Do not move your loved ones into this place..
This seemed to be a nice place at first. I was struck by the rudeness of the manager. I heard him screaming at someone on the telephone. These people are too old to take care of this park. The manager could barely walk, may be the reason for his short fuse. I noticed a lot of retaining walls rotting. Too many ants and dead wood everywhere. The trees are dripping ooze. It smells of smoke. When I tried to ask a resident a question about the facilities she refused to talk to me. There is no clubhouse or facilities I could find ... read more
Nothing has gotten any better here at the Bonanza.
The Bonanza Mobile Home Park has many amenities: Rats, bugs, assorted wildlife, a HCD sanctioned 2 acre on site dump, diseased trees, broken retaining walls, trees too close to houses, hazards galore. If you ask for anything to be repaired you get denial, threats, harassment, intimidation, and evictions but otherwise ignored. A lawless place to exist is not living in any sense of the word. Not even a nice place to visit.
Bonanza Mobile Home Park has a 3.7 star rating with 72 reviews.
Bonanza Mobile Home Park is closed now. It will open on Monday at 9:00 a.m.
