Landlord simply collects payments while treating the tenants like pests, a change of managment is desired by all.
Idk what That other person is talking about. They only talk to you if you're breaking the rules. Don't break the rules and you won't get in trouble. There are rules for a reason and their job is to enforce them. They previous managers didn't care so there was a lot of non-sense going on and now there isn't. I believe they are doing an awesome job and it's a great place to live.
Managers bother you almost everytime. The parking is insane too. "Can't park here or there" "Need to do something about this and that" "Need to register this, need to register that". I think they don't have nothing else better to do than check on their tenants. VEry baddddd !!!!!!!!!!Do not recommend Find somewher else.
