Beautiful new homes by a company who cares. Great foreman oversees the area and the lots are well-maintained.
I'm not sure the reason behind the other guys 1 star review. We've had nothing but smooth sailing so far. This will be our second house from Richmond, which is one of the reasons we came back to them as we really like the last house we had from them. Looking forward to finishing this thing up and getting into the house.
