Bonanza Dry Cleaners is in a convenient location, had a really friendly atmosphere, and did a great job on what I needed dry cleaned. From this relatively new person to SV, it was really nice to find this location because a lot of the errands I run are located on or near Fry Blvd.
My boyfriend's suit lost a button right before we were supposed to leave for a friend's wedding and they were able to get it fixed, cleaned, and pressed in a rush, . Reasonable pricing, especially compared to what we'd have been looking at spending for the same kind of service in California where the wedding was. We were even able to use their cool automated kiosk thing to pick it up after work even though they were already closed for the day. Great service, great work! Can't recommend enough!
It's about 5 years later & I'd like to update my experience with Bonanza!! They have more than made up for a ONE-TIME bad experience, so it was worth coming back here to say this. Phenomenal customer service & loyal to repeat customers. I love Bonanza!! So this business was a go for 5 stars until I got home and realized all my items werent packaged together.
