Building 14790 is an absolute mess. The roof is disintegrating and debris falls all over the walk ways. Large cement chunks of the walls and balconies are falling apart. The building is sinking. They came in and sprayed red spray paint everywhere. The building looks like it should be condemned. It’s an absolute mess when you ask about when is this going to be taken care of? Nobody will give any answers The stairs are filthy. I’m lucky the inside of my apartment is adorable but the outside of the building is a disaster.
My wife Cindy & i reside at Bonaire Village & i must say the office staff r the finest!!! Kyle/Property Mgr & Hulda/Front Desk are beyond helpful, professional, personable, courteous, prompt & knowledgeable!! These employees r assets to Bonaire Village & should definitely b commended!! They are a breath of fresh air & exude exactly what u should expect!!! They truly go the extra mile to assist!!!
