Was treated like family. In and out in a reasonable time.
I can't say it enough about how this place is so much better than tying to get in to my regular Dr for medical care. Sinus infection was unbearable and they took the time to check it out and come up with a solution to resolve it. I'm already feeling better. Quickly got in and got out, Publix was able to fill my prescriptions and I was on my way back home. The staff are all professional kind and know what they are doing. No waisting time, no problems at all with everything I needed taken care of.
TERRIBLE med stop. Receptionist did not speak at all until I went to counter. NP Twanna Dumas was extremely condescending. Had to call back due to error in prescription. Phone was not answered. Then answered and transferred to voicemail. Then transferred to a number that did not stop ringing. Then did not answered without speaking and hung up phone.
I can’t speak for anyone else, but I’ve never had any issues here. Even on their busiest days, my family and I were treated with care, minimal attitude from the receptionist, and proper diagnosis from the physician or NP. Highly recommend this place if you don’t want to go to the peachtree urgent care by Kroger on 96.
