I have always had good experiences with this facility. I also have a PCM I see regularly as well so I dont have to rely on these people for the 'heavy lifting', which is not what they are here for. I took my wife to Peachtree Immediate care on S Houston Lake Rd and let me tell you...the customer service and care is much, much better here.
Misdiagnosed and nurse was extremely rude.
I have never been to a more cleaner or efficient med stop. I waited less than 5 mins, got tested questions asked and vitals in less than 10 min, the staff was friendly and I will deff be back to this med stop and suggest all my friends and family go! Thanks for a great experience!
Update - On November 18, 2024, I received a check in the mail for the amount of the co pay and I received 2 phone calls from 2 managers apologizing for the delay in the reimbursement. Due to the apology and them issuing the payment, I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Previous Review - I wish I could give this place 0 stars! They are a bunch of crooks.
