Usually I’m weary of urgent care centers, because sometimes the appointment feels rushed or feeling like providers don’t care or take you serious. But I have been to this place twice now, once for my son When he was sick and once for myself, and I had a great experience both times. The nurse practitioner, and all the nurses/techs were very thorough and seemed genuine from the start. Even the two people at the front desk were nice and friendly. My nurse practitioner hardly looked at my ear and after showing her a picture of what was in there, she looked again and said it was gone. I went home and took a look myself - it was still there… She came up with a bunch of possible explanations for my ear pain and told me to try decongestant. I didn’t feel listened to in the slightest and I am actually appalled at how negligent she was to have missed something so big in my ear. Was treated like family. In and out in a reasonable time.
I can't say it enough about how this place is so much better than tying to get in to my regular Dr for medical care. Sinus infection was unbearable and they took the time to check it out and come up with a solution to resolve it. I'm already feeling better. Quickly got in and got out, Publix was able to fill my prescriptions and I was on my way back home. The staff are all professional kind and know what they are doing. No waisting time, no problems at all with everything I needed taken care of.
