I had to visit this office because of a really bad reaction to a medicine I was having. All of the staff were very friendly and they took me right on back. No wait and all of my results were quick. The doctor that saw me was very knowledgeable and I felt like she genuinely cared. The patient reps weren’t exactly rude but they weren’t friendly either. They could use some work on their customer service skills though.
I have always had good experiences with this facility. I also have a PCM I see regularly as well so I dont have to rely on these people for the 'heavy lifting', which is not what they are here for. I took my wife to Peachtree Immediate care on S Houston Lake Rd and let me tell you...the customer service and care is much, much better here.
Misdiagnosed and nurse was extremely rude.
