Took my son in for the Flu, apparently I was suppose to follow up with his personal dr? No one told me that. The medicine they prescribed did nothing. He’s still sick 4 days later. Kind of ridiculous.
I want to see a Dr. not a nurse practitioner. Not the same
RUDE as can be! And the other person next to the rude one is eating without a care in the world, right in the front office (window).
Wife went here a month ago for the flu. They gave her multiple meds. A month later I go there and they say I have the flu. Dr refused to give me anything and told me to go the hospital. What good is this urgent care. Wasted my time. First time I had a bad experience here
