RUDE as can be! And the other person next to the rude one is eating without a care in the world, right in the front office (window).
Wife went here a month ago for the flu. They gave her multiple meds. A month later I go there and they say I have the flu. Dr refused to give me anything and told me to go the hospital. What good is this urgent care. Wasted my time. First time I had a bad experience here
This urgent care was great and was probably the most efficient medical office I've ever been to. Everyone from the front staff to the medical staff were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a very simple issue and was in and out in 30 minutes.

The front desk person was very good, then the nurse took me in the back to see why I was there so I told her why and then she started acting like she was the Dr. telling me that there was nothing they could do. She started telling me how to take the meds.I was on I'm 64 years old I know how to take meds I know my body she don't I just wanted to see a Dr she made me feel like you just need to leave and she finally shut up.
