I was soooooo disappointed in Dr. Perez this week. He did not even want to teleconference with me about my condition. I had to speak to a nurse practitioner ... .this after being a patient for more than 20 years. SAD
Dr. Pérez is an excellent doctor, always attentive to clear up your doubts in the office ... but his team is not good, they never answer calls, to make an appointment you have to go to the office, if you have a question about your health, lab results or medicines and you call to ask they NEVER answer, if you leave a message they never call you back ... it is sad to change doctors because this situation is not possible... is un respectful for the patients... a week ago I called for a medicine I need and as of today they have ... read more
I have been a client of Dr Perez & Silvia Martinez since 2017, I have insurance through work and everything. I was in their office on 6/15/20 for my normal Bronchitis and upper respiratory infection, get it every year, because of my COPD. But because of this Covid going around they wanted to perform the Covid test. So i let them perform the test, it came back negative, and they treated me for the Bronchitis & infection.
