Been through hell over the last 2 years with shoulder issues/surgery. Been seeing Ben throughout that time and he’s been very helpful! Super easy and fun to get along with and great easy to use systems in place with more than enough information on everything! He even helped me get rid of a wasp infestation in my back yard! Been seeing Ben with a client of mine for a while now, I decided I needed some help myself and was more than happy to work with me. He is very down to earth, honest and real about your situation. Something I really appreciated. He listened to my challenges and needs and adjusted my program accordingly to suit me, not just another cookie cutter program.
