Bonafide Safe & Lock has supplied Good Shepherd Parish with a full building rekey, key cuts, repair of safe, stepped me through troubleshooting my safe combination over the phone, and most recently supplied me with a keypad I required immediately. *** Update... a couple days after the safes were installed, water started leaking into the basement from one of the bolts that anchored them. I reached out immediately to find out what we can do to fix it because no one wants moisture under their safe and contents. This is something that happens and isn't the fault of the installers. I've been trying for over a month now between emails and phone calls, and I still haven't heard back about what to do. There is absolutely NO service after the sale.
