We had a locker room door lock fixed April 19, 2018. On January 10th someone got locked in the bathroom the same thing happened in April when we had Bonafide come out and fix the door. This locker room is a back up and is rarely used. Let alone the bathroom. We took the lock out to get the person out and called Bonafide who had fixed the problem in the first place. Excellent Customer Service. Felt like I was a prority not just another customer. Awesome staff & great prices!
Mr Michael E*** does not answer or return calls when a customer has a concern with his company not sending a qualified tech to get a camera purchased from his company. His tech spent 3.5 hours at the business with camera still not working and presented a bill for $515.00 It took a 63 year old car mechanic 36 minutes on the with technical assistance from the camera manufacturer to rectify the problem.
