For your sanity Do NOT contract Bonafide pool builder for you pool. Bobby is worst possible pool contractor, and your nightmare starts once your 1st payment clears. We started our pool process over a year ago and Bobby still has no clue how to pass the final inspection. I (the homeowner) had to re-submit the TDH revision myself to SJC and call for final inspection. Bobby has no clue even after I gave him all the TDH calculations. Bobby is very knowledgeable and gave great and helpful advice all throughout the building process. We realized quickly that pool building requires patience as we started our journey during covid in 2021. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome of our pool and it is better than we imagined. We had a great working relationship with Bobby and are still in communication often with him. We truly love our pool and so thankful we choose him as our pool builder. The Denmark's

i want to thank Bonafide pools for the amazing work they did on my mother's pool. They had amazing prices, and they explained the entire process with us. The pool looks stunning and the tile work in the pool is beautiful. Also, the pavers around the pool came out great. the process took a little while due to Covid, but the finishing product was well worth it. Thank you again for the awesome work you and your team did! We will be sure to let family and friends know what Company did our Pool......

This is the worst possible contractor. We started our pool process over a year ago and it still isn't complete. Has nothing to do with Covid or supply issues, but everything to do with how this contractor does business. He disappears for weeks at a time, refuses to communicate with us and regularly ignores any message we send. When he does respond, his messages are completely incoherent and he doesn't ever answer what you've actually asked. DO NOT HIRE THEM !! Save yourself the headache and problem after problem. My mother had her pool build by this rude guy who did a terrible job left her with huge mess and aggravation. It took them 7 and half months to somewhat finish and she had to call all the time to push it they wouldn't show up for weeks sometimes and ignore her calls. They promised to build this pool in 7 to 8 weeks with maybe few extra weeks in case of a lot of rain. Lie lie lie all of it.
