Been getting my prescriptions here since they opened. The manager is easy going, staff are steady with clients, and always smiling. My prescriptions are always filled under 20 minutes and never had any problems :)
My daughter took my to Bonafide Health Clinic today, as she had concerns regarding my health. I am 70 year's old, so my youngest daughter takes care of me. I must say, the staff are quite welcoming and professional. My wait was probably 10 minutes, if that. I was seen by Dr. Camilleri, who was absolutely amazing. Had a really disappointing time at Bonafide Clinic. The scheduling system is a mess—there's no real-time update for walk-ins or appointments, making everything feel disorganized and frustrating. Each visit had me waiting way too long; honestly, what's the point of making an appointment? I waited nearly an hour just for a 5-minute checks.
the doctors don’t even listen to your concerns, obviously you’re the smart one and have decades of experience but please just listen to what i have to say first so i can provide you some background on what the issue might be. after ignoring you, they’ll then basically tell you to just drink water and get rest then send you on your way.
