I can't believe a "DR" doesn't know basic infection prevention! Went to see Dr. KHAN, SAMIYAH for an infection in my right ear, she went ahead and looked into my ear confirmed it's very narrow and inflamed, the WITH THE SAME TOOL AND WITHOUT CHANGING THE DISPOSABLE HEAD went to look into my perfectly good left ear to compare. 24hrs later, my left ear is also now infected causing me a great amount of pain, hearing loss and possibly having to take antibiotics while pregnant!!!!! It’s getting worse day by day. The wait time is getting longer and longer for doctors The wait time for medicine fill up Even longer I wish it was same as last year Getting disappointed and frustrated. I hope Daniel looks into it
