I was waiting for Belinda to come back to NYC for months, almost a year because I went to a different place which I regretted afterwards. Belinda is a professional in her field. Experienced, energetic and knowledgeable. I was trying to get rid of my old PMU for two years now, and was looking for someone who can do a PhiRemoval for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
