RUN! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I’ve lived here for 5 years and in that time my rent has tripled and the park provides no services whatsoever to justify the price increase. But they will gladly charge you if your yard is not up to the managers perfect standards (who might I add gets her yard work done for free!!) or if she just doesn’t like they way your house looks. We've been here three years and lot rent has more than doubled in that time with continual increase every year. They used to cover at least water and sewage, but they won't even do that anymore. They try to control what you have in your yard and in your own home (like pets). They charge you if your yard isn't up to their standards. It's like paying +$700 just to live in an HOA. Do not consider this trailer park if you are on social security or disability or on a fixed income. The newest owners WGP have raised the land rent so high that being retired I have to rethink my living situation. My rent has gone up $300.00 in the past 3 years and on my anniversary date this year it will go up even more $150.00. Trailers are moving out and trailers up for sale have been sitting for months and there are empty lots. We have no amenities.Rethink this trailer park.

I used to love living here, know the rent keeps going up ever year. i just found out rent will go up every year a $100.00 or more. near the mailbox there's a communication board says lot rent starts at $750.00 (key word starts). I'm paying for lot lot rent , utilities and my mortgage. date April 20,2023

Great! I have a friend who is a long time resident there and he has expressed nothing but positive words about living there. Its clean and the roads in the complex are smooth. The added speed bumps keep traffic speeds low and thats a real plus to all the residents and visitors.
