I just tried Bona Nails for the first time today. Helen was wonderful!! The prices are reasonable, and they offer packaged discounts for 2 or more services. My nails look professionally done, and I was in and out in 1:40 (including removal of a gel manicure, a new gel manicure and a regular pedicure). Please do not ever go here. I never write reviews but this is the worst manicure I have ever gotten, and for $73!! Please, save your money and literally go any place else. I asked for a french dip manicure and this is what I got.

Terrible experience. I walked in blindly last night. The lady I was placed with was just the worst. Rude with an attitude since she sat down. She did one of my thumbs crooked, and I asked for it to be fixed. She eyed me down and acted like she didn't hear me, which she did a few times during our session. I hate when they make you feel as if asking them to make corrections is so wrong. I am paying for this, and you EXPECT a tip at the end and even DEMAND it when it's supposed to be a voluntary action then want me to just sit ... read more
