The food is delicious, but the business itself is ran poorly. You'll probably have to call multiple times for anybody to answer, you'll have to put up a fight if your order is wrong or you don't like it, and don't expect them to remember who's next to seat...... but the pad thai is rather amazing most of the time so I tough it out.
My first time ordering from here and I was very impressed.
I did not eat here my review is only about customer service and presentation. I went in there to pick up food for a client. The place looks really nice. No heavy food smell which is great dor those who have sensitive noses. I didn't like that the staff didn't know that the mussel pancakes weren't in the kitchen BUT they cooked everything fresh so that is understandable. Very polite and they have their kids taking orders which is really cute for a family business. I think I will give this place a try for myself.
