We used her Wedding Management package, which she describes as day-of/month-of coordination, but she was so helpful from the very beginning, helping us with hotel blocks and rentals and answering any question we had from the time we booked her a year out. My wedding was exactly what I envisioned and went as smoothly as I could have hoped. Heather was the perfect day of coordinator and I would choose here again for any other event. She is communicative, thoughtful, and on top of things. She has great relationships with tons of local vendors which really helped the whole things work together seamlessly. Heather was also available earlier than many day-of coordinators and the extra support we got from her made the small extra expense extremely worth it. I highly recommend her!
Heather was an incredible coordinator for our wedding at the Rickhouse this September. Her knowledge of the venue, vendors and all the little details that needed to be covered was essential to making the day happen, pretty much seamlessly. Heather helped plan my son's Bar Mitzvah and it was perfect! Heather is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and so organized! We will definitely be using her again for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah!
